Arizona Olive Mill: HAUS OlivePlus 52 Case Study
A HAUS OliveMax 33 mill (now OlivePlus 52) speeds up pressing for a family-owned olive farm in Arizona.

The application
The client is a family-owned company in Arizona, growing and pressing olives for high-quality extra virgin olive oil: over 7,000 trees of 16 varieties on more than 100 acres, farmed sustainably.
The mill presses up to 2.5 tons of olives per hour with a cold-press method. Whole olives are crushed into a paste, mixed for about half an hour so the oil separates from the solids, then pumped to a centrifuge that spins the oil out. Remaining fine organic matter settles out as the oil decants in stainless steel tanks.
