Ozan leads Archer’s field service and does most of the company’s mechanical 3D design. He is a marine engineer with more than nine years of ship maintenance and repair behind him, where he diagnosed and resolved complex mechanical and electrical faults while keeping equipment reliable and compliant with regulations.
He is skilled in improving maintenance procedures and equipment performance with Planned Maintenance Software (PMS), and has attended numerous training courses, including three months with a leading pneumatics and hydraulics company.
At Archer
- Start-up and commissioning on site, including commissioning plans, submittals and operator training
- Service calls, troubleshooting and planned maintenance on centrifuge, DAF and polymer installations
- Mechanical 3D design in SolidWorks: general arrangements for polymer pump skids and containerized units, and fabrication drawings and cutting files for HDPE polymer tanks
- Runs Archer’s ThingsBoard IIoT server, which collects live data from customers’ equipment for remote monitoring
- Builds the monitoring dashboards and AI-assisted tools, including a diagnostics view that compares each centrifuge with its own recent baseline and flags bearing temperature, motor current and speed changes before they become failures
