Venkatesh Narayan, P.Eng. | President/ CEO

Venkatesh Narayan

Mr. Narayan is a chemical engineer with more than 27 years of experience in solids handling and dewatering technology applied to the water and wastewater industry. His background includes designing equipment layouts, selection and development of specifications, preparing process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and writing process descriptions and control philosophies. He has led design and troubleshooting for dewatering installations and commissioning. Mr. Narayan has in-depth knowledge of electrical controls and automation applied to the process industry. He is skilled in staff supervision, cost control, negotiations, and technical evaluations.

Ozan Gür | Service Supervisor

Ozan Gür

Ozan is a well-experienced marine engineer, having performed ship maintenance and repair for over nine years. He is adept at diagnosing and treating mechanical and electrical faults; guaranteeing reliable operation while ensuring regulatory compliance. This includes performing preventative maintenance and regular diagnostics according to the Planned Maintenance System. Committed to continuous learning, Ozan attends training courses wherever applicable. Notably—to deepen his technical expertise—he spent three months with a leading company specializing in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Zoey Van Rassel, EIT | Jr. Electrical Engineer

Zoey Van Rassel

Zoey is a junior electrical engineer-in-training with experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Her skill set includes the development of electrical diagrams, terminal block diagrams, the selection of electrical instrumentation, and technical support service. In her current role, Zoey's duties include engineering design support, preparing electrical engineering shop drawings for control panels, PLC programming, developing P&IDs, and assisting in the successful commissioning of water treatment equipment to our customers in North America. Having been trained to troubleshoot centrifuge installations, Zoey is also proficient in equipment and piping layouts in SolidsWorks, Monitoring Systems, and Electrical CAD platforms.
